The Wright Slice of Cheesecake LLC – Invoice Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing The Wright Slice of Cheesecake LLC! We take great pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order desserts for your special moments. Please review the following terms and conditions which apply to all custom and wholesale orders.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the due date listed on your invoice.

• Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time to guarantee fulfillment.

• Late or non-payment may result in cancellation or delay of your order.

2. Production & Fulfillment

• All of our products are made to order in a licensed commercial kitchen. We do not operate a walk-in storefront.

• Pick-up location is typically:
  ShopRite of Manchester – 214 Spencer St, Manchester, CT
  Look for a White Honda Odyssey or Lexus SUV parked near Indigo Restaurant.

• Pick-up instructions are included in your invoice and will be reconfirmed prior to fulfillment.

• We are not responsible for delays or missed pick-ups resulting from failure to follow provided instructions.

3. Delivery Services

• We offer delivery for a fee of $0.75 per mile, calculated from our commercial kitchen in Manchester, CT.

• Delivery availability is based on scheduling and must be arranged in advance.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via text or email at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.

• Cancellations made after this period may incur a 50% cancellation fee, or be considered non-refundable if production has already begun.

• Custom, seasonal, or large event orders are non-refundable once production is underway.

5. Product Handling & Storage

• Our desserts are made fresh and are best consumed within 48 hours for peak quality.

• Products requiring refrigeration (e.g., cheesecakes, chocolate-covered strawberries) should be placed in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt.

• To extend the freshness of your cheesecake or other products, contact us for specific storage tips.

• We are not liable for product damage due to improper storage or handling after pick-up or delivery.

6. Allergy Disclaimer

• Unless otherwise specified, our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and other common allergens.

• Gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan items must be clearly requested in advance and will be labeled accordingly.

• For any allergy-related concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.

7. Event Responsibility

• For large events (e.g., weddings, corporate functions), we recommend confirming order details at least 7 days in advance.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate storage and presentation at the event location.

8. Wholesale Clients

• Wholesale partners (e.g., ShopRite and restaurant clients) are subject to the terms of their individual vendor agreements.

• Invoices for wholesale orders must be paid per agreed-upon terms. Late fees may apply for overdue accounts.

9. Photo & Marketing Use

• We reserve the right to photograph or post images of our products for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to the event or fulfillment.
